Well World, here I am - Impress me!

So, here I am - Violet Pixie Berry, born at exactly 9pm on Monday 02/12/2013

So they tell me, after a long labour brought about by midwife led induction (after all, I was 12 days late by this point), I - Violet Pixie Berry - was finally born into the world at 9pm exactly on the 2nd of December 2013, at The Clarendon Wing of Leeds General Informary.

Of course, I didn't cry, and spent a good while taking in everything around me - I was especially interested in finally meeting Mummy and Daddy, whose muffled voices I'd heard for so many months.

My First Photo Shoot!

So there I was, floating in amniotic fluid and minding my own business, when suddenly I feel a strange sensation - like a brief flash of light (though of course everything is still dark in here).

It turns out, that Mummy and Daddy were taking my photo, using some kind of sound wave gadget at the hospital. They do this to check I'm alright and growing to a good size. I gave them a wave, but I couldn't tell if they saw it or not.

I think I look pretty good, but the whole process tired me out, so now I'm going back to sleep.
